Xavi Mollà, photographer, and Bernd H. Knöller, RiFF restaurant, Chef, have been working on this book by nearly three years. They have put a lot of soul into it. It is a book about cuisine and it is a book about the mediterranean. It is a book to enjoy, dream and read.
The book also contains some articles signed by collaborators — Carlos Alvarez-Dardet, Pilar Luna, Lola Raigón and Lluís Serra Majem– giving some critical thinking on current context issues related to food and the mediterranean.
